"Deborah, on Saturday the 14th of November 2009 you acted as celebrant for our daughter Alecia’s marriage to her partner Ernest.
Steve and I really wanted to express our thanks for your professionalism, the quality of the service you provided and the attention to detail.
As I mentioned to you on Saturday, even if the ceremony hadn’t been for our daughter, we would have been impressed by the way the ceremony was personalised yet guided and supported by you.
We found the the service moving because the words spoken were their words to each other.
Alecia and Ernest found a rapport with you from the first meeting. The planning was made simple for them at a time when a lot is happening.
There were no anxious phone calls or concerns.
When we met you at the rehearsal we were delighted at the way you guided us through with humour and reassurance. Thank you for checking all the plans with Alecia and Ernest so that there were no surprises.
Although you must perform many ceremonies, it felt like a breath of fresh air.
Many of the guests commented on how special and moving the service was. They also enjoyed the feeling that it wasn’t hurried and that there was humour.
We feel that Alecia and Ernest were very fortunate to find you.
We will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends.
