A Naming Ceremony is a unique and special way of welcoming the birth of a new baby into your lives, your family circle and your friends, as well as into the community you live in.
It is also an ideal way to celebrate and welcome the addition of an adoptive child, or to encompass your new stepchildren into their new blended family to help build stronger, loving relationships.
The flexibility and simplicity of a Naming Ceremony offers you a warm and tender atmosphere to introduce your new addition into your lives before your family and friends, to celebrate and share your joy and allow other key persons or family members the opportunity to be focal points in your Child’s life.
Now days everyone has different beliefs and religions. This is what makes a Naming Ceremony a truly delightful and flexible alternative to a Christening or Baptism.
However, if you do have a particular Faith or Religious belief we can incorporate your preferred scriptures or readings into your ceremony.
There are also various customs and cultural practices and special ceremony inclusions which may be incorporated into your ceremony if you so desire .
We will provide a folder with useful information to help guide you through the process of deciding the type of ceremony you would like for your new family member.
We will work with you offering you suggestions for wording, poetry reading, blessings and other special ceremony enhancements and options to help make your new additions’ ceremony original, memorable, thoughtful and most importantly uniquely YOURS!
